Important Information – GLS ParcelShop Deliveries

Please note that entering your home or business address during checkout does not guarantee delivery to that address.

GLS may decide to deliver your parcel to a GLS ParcelShop instead. This decision is made solely by GLS and is based on its own operational and security procedures. Factors such as the shipment value, delivery address, local delivery conditions or other logistical considerations may influence this decision.

ParfuMaria has no influence over this process and cannot request or guarantee home delivery.

If your shipment is redirected to a GLS ParcelShop, this will be shown in your GLS tracking information. Please collect your parcel within the collection period specified by GLS.

If the parcel is not collected in time and is returned to ParfuMaria, all return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs for reshipping the parcel are the responsibility of the customer.

Zone 1 – The Netherlands

Shipping costs: €7.95

Free shipping on orders over €120.

Zone 2 – European Union

Shipping costs: €19.00

Free shipping on orders over €250.

Road transport only (no air transport).

Countries: Austria, France (delivery by Colis Privé to a Pickup Point), Luxembourg and Spain.

Zone 3 – European Union

Shipping costs: €29.00

Free shipping on orders over €400.

Perfumes are transported by road only, as they are classified as Dangerous Goods.

Countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark (delivery to a GLS ParcelShop when applicable), Estonia, Finland (delivery to a GLS ParcelShop when applicable), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden (delivery to a GLS ParcelShop when applicable).

Zone 4 – Worldwide

Shipping costs: €159

Orders are shipped by FedEx Special Dangerous Goods Transport, the safest and legally approved method for transporting perfumes outside the European Union.

Important information:

• Maximum shipment weight: 3 kg per order. Larger orders must be divided into multiple shipments.

• FedEx does not deliver to every city or postal code. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether delivery to your address is possible.

• An invoice stating the value of the goods and shipping costs is attached to every shipment.

• Customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as customs authorities may inspect or delay Dangerous Goods shipments.

Argentina, Aruba, Australia (selected postcodes only), Barbados, Canada, Canary Islands, Chile, Colombia, Grenada, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Malaysia, Monaco, Norway, Panama, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago and Vatican City.

Temporarily unavailable

Bahrain, Brazil, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates (including Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and the United States.

Many of our international customers use a parcel forwarding service instead. We can easily and safely ship your order to a forwarding address within the European Union, after which the forwarding company forwards the parcel to your final destination.

One well known example is Forward2me.

Please note that the choice of forwarding company is entirely your own responsibility. Once your parcel has been delivered to the forwarding address within the European Union, the forwarding company becomes fully responsible for the onward shipment, customs clearance and final delivery. ParfuMaria is not affiliated with any forwarding company and cannot be held responsible for their services.

As international shipping regulations may change without prior notice, please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether we can currently ship directly to your country.

Zone 5 – Germany & Belgium

Shipping costs: €9.95

Free shipping on orders over €150.

Delivery to PO Boxes and packing stations is not possible. Orders addressed to these locations will be returned. Any return shipping costs and additional shipping costs for reshipping the parcel are the responsibility of the customer.

Zone 6 – United Kingdom

Minimum order value: €190 (excluding shipping costs and VAT).

Shipping costs: €59.

Due to Brexit regulations, customs duties, VAT and clearance fees may apply upon arrival in the United Kingdom and are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused, the parcel may be returned to ParfuMaria or destroyed by customs authorities. Any resulting costs are the responsibility of the customer.
