The air is filled with the sweet scent of apricot. Resting under a tree, I see the man I had heard so much about. A passionate soul, respectful of nature and its beautiful gifts, he draws his inspirations from all the wonderful scents that come from it. Seeking Patchouli in India, Jasmine in France, he travels the world to understand them and pays tribute to each by composing only the finest scents.
Like a musician striking every note with passion, he declares his love through perfect and harmonious blends. Notes of Amber and Cedarwood fill the air, reminiscent of his exotic journeys. I can see he is not a man of many words, but that he prefers to express himself through his art. I feel I know him, I want to walk to him and say ‘Que Tal?’ but I am too shy and stay in the distance, full of admiration.
