Jasmin, Sandalwood, Oriental Musk opens with the intoxicating hit of real sambac jasmine, both inky purple in its leathered fruitiness and freshly powdered. There is a special quality to night-blooming jasmine – fresh, floral, slightly tart – that is captured to perfection here, its sultry aspects deepened with a creamy swirl of coconut. Both deeply feminine and brightly fresh, the skin-like muskiness of the flower is mirrored by a fluffed-out pillow of white musk and vanilla. The vibrant fruits and flowers are eventually folded into a milky green sandalwood base, both rich in coconut and feathery-light with that whipped-air musk. A sensual base of amber rounds things off with a sweet, oriental exoticism totally at home with the fruits, coconut, and sexy white florals.
